Convenient Location for Disneyland and Local Shopping

The hotel was perfect for our needs, especially since we were visiting Disneyland. It was surprisingly cheap considering its proximity, just about 30 minutes away, and we appreciated having a shopping center nearby. The one-bedroom apartment was comfortable enough for our family of four. I wish we had been informed beforehand about the extra fees, like the parking charges and a deposit.

Clean room with a good hot shower.

Room was really small. The rooms are noisy, so you can hear whats going on 2 rooms next to yours. The bed was a sofa bed, wich was in a really bad state, and to small for 2 persons. It was next to impossible to find personel, The gate at the parking area was not working. The parking area didn't have enough places, so i had to park somewhere else and walk back to the hotel. There where no forks,knives, spoons, pans or any other things in the kitchenette. There were only 2 glasses. There were only french tv channels, not even BBC world or something like that. If you want extra or new clean towels or linnen you have to pay extra. I'm not going back there!

We booked City Residence Chelles for our trip to disneyland the old saying is true you get what you pay for the apartment was basic but clean and tidy and worked fine for us as all we did was sleep there as we were at disney all day there is a bus stop right outside the apartments . this took you straight to chelles gournay rer station were you could catch the train straight in to paris or catch the 113 bus to nuielly plasonce rer were you could catch the train to disney about 50 min in total travel time . I would not recomened this hotel if you are going to disney as it was a bit of a journey each day we were mean't to have a car but the hire company budget made a hash of our booking .

It was a cozy place with a small kitchenette, perfect for a short stay. We were close to a shopping center and restaurants. A good fit for our family and nearby attractions.

Location quite good, not too far from Disneyland and also Paris center. That's the only good thing about this hotel. Also they have a secure car park!

Room was very very smelly, prob carpet. We booked this type of apartment, because we have a 3 years old child, so thought he could sleep on the sofa, but that sofa was so dirty and smelly, that we had to sleep in the same double bed, which broke the minute i put my knee to open window... I had my own bedsheets, so changed them as hotels sheets had hairs on it.. It was too late, so couldn't complain, as reception is closed overnight. I'm so happy we stayed there just for one night, because that smell made me sick...We will definitely not coming back here again.

The location suited as we were visiting the Exhibition halls Paris Nord and price was about right for us. Accomadation was fair but in poor repair. Gave a list to reception of work to be done. Appartment was clean and easy to find. Suited our purpose. Thank you

Inferior fire safety standards!!! Bad odor permeating the hotel!!! Lack of essential kitchen amenities like a kettle!!! Don't expect timely warnings in emergencies!!!

There is a mac donalds at 50 m from the hotel, There is free parking the back, (although the electric gate that was suposed to keep it safe, stayed open al day) A room at the ground floor is reasonable with a nice bathroom.

If you book this Hotel/apartment, make sure you get a room on the bottom floor, Those rooms are in good condition, All upper floors are dirty broken, and have been used /are in use by semi perminent guests, mostly eastern Europe families and groups of singel men.The room we received at first was at the 4th floor, it was dirty, The door had been kicked in at one time and was very poorly repaired, It was a 3 person room with no clean sheets, no clean beds, only 3 chairs and an inventary ranging from 1 plate, 2 knifes 1 pan etc etc. The carpet was very bad, and ony 2 pillows..After complaining and insisting we got a room on the ground floor.. Which was in good condition compared to the above.

By and large, it was excellent base for sightseeing in Chelles, had much fun and met friendly staff at the reception desk. The room was functional and quiet, plus the bed was large. The property was ideally situated a 10-15 minute walk from Musee Alfred-Bonno. The restaurant was not very far from the hotel.

location was very good, the staff so friendly, the rate was ver good, if they employ a guy who stay in the same building it would the best place to stay in.

the working hours at the recieption is very short, and in case of any problem you will be in big risk

The hotel was fine for what we needed. It was a great location with safe parking, and having a bus stop right outside made getting around super easy. The one-bedroom family apartment met all our needs, especially for the olympics.

It is an ideal place for my family during our stay in Paris. With small kitchen, we can cook family food. The free internet is out of my expectation. It would be better if we can use the free internet at the apartment instead on the ground floor.

The staff are amiable and polite people at the reception desk. The ambiance is family! The location is decent and magnificent and they have parking onsite.

The bathrooms are very dirty.
